On 03. & 04.06.2019 a part of the Connect2SmallPorts partners met for a Working Package related meeting and a short study visit of the Seaport Wismar.
On 03.06.2019 partners from Germany and Sweden met to discuss the possibilities in a Work Package concerning feasible pilot measures in the Seaport of Wismar. In addition to the Seaport Wismar, the University was also present as Lead Partner, as well as INWL and the Blekinge Institute (Sweden).
Intensive and successful discussions were followed by a tour of the port area. All partners agreed that the Seaport Wismar offers the corresponding potential for the implementation of various digital measures by means of the Connect2SmallPorts.
On the second day, 04.06.2019, the meeting point was moved to the University of Wismar. In addition to a short tour of the campus, further discussions followed to ensure that the project will successfully continue.
