The 27th Annual IAME Conference organized by the Athens University of Economics and Business, was held in Athens, Greece, from 25th to 28th June 2019, under the theme “Significant issues of the maritime industry and the future: The role of the industry in a global transportation system, as part of a world sustainable economy, and related ship finance issues”.

Two papers elaborated under the CONNECT2SMALLPORTS project were presented at the IAME 2019:

Various academics, researchers and industry experts showed interest in the project and would like to know more. Researchers from Slovenia and from Greece were discussing the possibility of connecting the work from Baltic with Adriatic or Aegean regarding CONNECT2SMALLPORTS.
